Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) is a division of Serviced Offices Secretariat Pty. Ltd., (ABN 24 009 525 473) a Tasmanian company formed in 1989 to provide secretarial and administrative services. The directors of Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) are land surveyors who have been involved with stratum title developments since the concept was first introduced in the 1960’s.

Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) are fully conversant with the statutory requirements of the Strata Titles Act 1998 and amendments as they effect strata titles and body corporate matters.  They know about the practical aspects of strata title ownership and the nature of problems that can, and do arise. The STM staff are available to assist our clients in all the day to day operations of their bodies corporate.

Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) does not have any affiliation with Real Estate Agents or real estate management. We are not involved in selling or renting properties and do not receive any commissions from tradespeople or service providers employed on behalf of the body corporate. STM has been proactive for over 20 years educating property owners, developers, real estate agents, solicitors and other property professionals in the "do's and don'ts" of strata development and strata ownership.

In 2011, Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) became a member of the Owners Corporation of Victoria (OCV) - Tasmanian Chapter, providing STM staff access to continuing education and training in body corporate matters.

In 2012 Strata Community Australia (SCA) was formed and STM is a founding member of SCA (Tas).
