We provide a comprehensive range of duties for established bodies corporate and company title schemes, including:
- ABN & TFN registrations
- Bank account establishment and management
- Maintaining the records of the Body Corporate
- Preparation of annual Financial Statements
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Convening of the Annual General Meeting
- Issuing of levy notices and follow up of arrears

The complete scope of our services is dependant on the needs of the Strata Corporation with most areas noted here forming part of our standard duties, whilst some items may form additional services. We work with developers from pre-build right through to establishment of the Strata Corporation entity.
This includes:
- General advice on development of plans
- Identifying scope and drafting initial budgets
- Applying for ABN and opening bank accounts
- Assistance in sourcing maintenance and essential service contract providers
- Convening the first Annual General Meeting
- Liaising with new owners into the Strata Community.
