Maintaining a compliant contractor panel is part of every management package we provide. We receive no commission, referral fee or benefit from any contractor on our panel, so a trade is on it because it is qualified, insured and does good work, and for no other reason. We have strict protocols in place to ensure we store records of the contractors’ company details, including all insurance policies and all specific industry and sector certificates.
