OUR HISTORY
From Humble Beginnings to Tasmania’s Largest Strata Manager
Formed in 1989 as a division of Serviced Offices Secretariat Pty Ltd, Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) quickly earnt a solid reputation for service delivery and became Tasmania’s largest strata management business.
From 1989 to 2023 STM Tas was based at 127 Bathurst Street, Hobart.
Due to expansion, the business moved to 8A Lefroy Street, North Hobart at the start of 2024.
A new long-term home is now at the heritage-listed National Mutual Life Building, a Macquarie Street landmark at 119 where STM Tas has relocated to as of October 2025.
