Our Hobart-Based Team Delivering Statewide Strata Support
Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) was founded in 1989 with the key purpose to provide quality administrative and secretarial services to bodies corporate and company titles across Tasmania with a focus on independence.
STM staff are fully conversant with the statutory requirements of the Strata Titles Act 1998 and amendments as they effect strata titles and body corporate matters. They know about the practical aspects of strata title ownership and the nature of problems that can, and do arise. The STM staff are available to assist our clients in all the day to day operations of their bodies corporate.
STM Tas Pty Ltd (ABN 25 688 603 607) trading as Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) is a solely Tasmanian family-owned company.
We are a founding member of the Tasmanian Chapter of Australasia’s peak industry body, Strata Community Association (Chapter was formed in 2012).
We have a central presence at our Hobart office, based in the National Mutual Life Building at 119 Macquarie Street, Hobart.

Charles Rogers
DIRECTOR
Charles is the Sole Director and owner of STM Tas Pty Ltd – trading as Stratum Title Management (Tasmania). He purchased Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) from Craig Terry (of Serviced Offices Secretariat Pty Ltd) in July 2025.
Charles brings to the business 25 years’ experience in the property sector, 17 of which has been in the Body Corporate industry across both Vitoria and Tasmania.
Charles’ core values are honesty, integrity, respect and old-fashioned customer service. He is driven by this, and a passion to see the best outcome on all matters and disputes.
