At Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) we are committed to providing an open door to clients, whilst maintaining security of its assets.

We have invested in a comprehensive workflow platform. This platform provides all clients ability to register to our STM Mobile App and keep up-to-date on various tasks 24/7. Tasks may include staying connected to progress of quote requests and work orders, owner request for approvals, voting between general meetings and surveys such as setting a date for a meeting.

There are a range of request options owners can submit via the STM Mobile App.

The online portal attached to this service delivery provides owners with access to documents, levy management and ability to submit requests.
